Welsh aviation company AerFin changes hands in £475m deal
AerFin, a Welsh aviation company, has been acquired in a transaction valued at £475 million.
AerFin, an aviation firm from Wales, has been bought in a deal worth £475 million. The company had previously been majority owned by a private equity firm.
AerFin said the transaction marks the beginning of a new phase for the business.
