Canva to cut jobs affecting over 1,000 staff
Design platform Canva has announced large job cuts, with more than 1,000 employees set to lose their jobs or be asked to take on different roles.
Canva has announced significant job cuts, according to its chief executive Melanie Perkins. She said more than 1,000 staff members will either lose their positions or be asked to move into new roles.
Perkins described the past year as the hardest the company has faced so far, linking the decision to the difficult period.
