Dubai academy plans to test learners by having them teach an AI child
Crucifer Academy, part of Dubai-based Crucifer AI Technologies, is designing a technical programme in which learners must teach material to an AI avatar before moving on.
Crucifer Academy, part of Dubai-based Crucifer AI Technologies, is developing a training model it calls the Knowledge Guarantee. Under the proposed design, a learner who finishes a module must teach the material to an AI avatar called the AI Kid. The avatar asks questions, challenges unclear explanations and takes an assessment based on what it has been taught. The learner must see the avatar pass before advancing.
The programme is built around six months, but the academy recognises that some learners may need nine or twelve. Extra time would include repeat teaching and additional support without a further tuition charge. The company said the guarantee is a commitment to support and verify learning before progression, and that it is not a job guarantee.
Admission does not require a degree, coding experience or prior AI knowledge. Applicants need English proficiency and an entrance test that examines learning capacity. Classes are planned as live, studio-based instruction capped at 30 students. Each module is followed by a session assessment, practical games, the AI Kid assessment and a final progression decision. Learners who do not meet the standard return to the module with instructor support.
