Janhvi Kapoor recreates Sridevi's Nagina look for Halloween
Janhvi Kapoor paid tribute to her late mother Sridevi by recreating scenes from the 1986 film Nagina for Halloween 2026.
Actor Janhvi Kapoor recreated one of the best-known screen roles of her late mother, Sridevi, for Halloween 2026. Dressed as the shape-shifting serpent from the 1986 film Nagina, she posted photographs and videos on Instagram, recreating scenes and the film's promotional poster.
Her look followed the original closely, with a pink outfit, matching jewellery, make-up and a hairstyle modelled on Sridevi's appearance in the film. Social media personality Orry dressed as Rishi Kapoor, and Vaishnav Praveen played Amrish Puri's character.
Actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor were among those who responded to the post. Separately, Priyanka Chopra shared Halloween photos with husband Nick Jonas and their daughter, with Priyanka dressed in Kylie Jenner's King Kylie look.
