Fisherman pulled from sea off Mangaluru in joint rescue
Indian Coast Guard personnel and fellow fishermen rescued Komara Ramu after he fell overboard off the Mangaluru coast.
The rescue began after a distress alert was sent over wireless, prompting the Indian Coast Guard and nearby fishermen to respond.
Komara Ramu was given emergency first aid after being pulled from the water and was then admitted to hospital.
