Foldable keyboard folds small enough for mobile workers
The ProtoArc XKM01 keeps a full-size 105-key layout while folding into a compact accessory for travel.
A foldable keyboard from ProtoArc, the XKM01, is designed to fold into a compact size while keeping a full-size layout. Unfolded, it measures about 38.6cm across, and its tri-fold design reduces it to about 21.6cm long. The company said the keyboard retains 105 keys, including a dedicated number pad, and can connect wirelessly to multiple devices.
For professionals who move between offices, cafes and business trips, the design aims to make it easier to carry a familiar typing setup. Bluetooth suits tablets and laptops, while a USB receiver offers another option for compatible computers. The keyboard uses rechargeable batteries, though charging remains a regular task.
Buyers are advised to check the unfolded typing width, the key arrangement and whether a number pad is needed for their work. Screen position, available desk space and device compatibility will also shape how practical the setup is.
