UAE's Sheikh Mansour hails national flag as symbol of unity on Flag Day
UAE Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan marked Flag Day by praising the nation's unity and the strength the flag represents.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, marked UAE Flag Day on Monday, describing the national flag as a symbol of the country's strength and sovereignty.
In a message shared on X, he said the occasion honours a nation built on unity and on the determination of its people to move towards the future. He said the flag also reflects the achievements and values the country takes pride in.
He extended wishes for continued safety and prosperity for the UAE, its leadership and its people, and expressed hope that the flag would remain raised with honour and glory.
